FLM Loans - Introducer Process
Using our own in house mailing department we are able to dispatch, that day, all application forms for application data received before 15.00 on any workday. We therefore ask you to use the online upload facility to send us your customer referrals before 15.00 hrs.
We process the data fast enough to provide next day delivery to the applicant. However sometimes it can take longer for the pack to arrive. You may receive calls from an applicant who is waiting on their pack, or who has questions about the application, all you need to do is hot key transfer the applicant to us and our FLM Loans customer service call handling team will deal with the enquiry.
Once we have received the signed credit agreements from the applicant and their guarantor, one of our caseworkers will be assigned to the customer and will aim to contact them within 30 minutes of opening the application. The caseworker will then complete the application process before pay out (Our goal is to payout within 24 hours of the process being completed subject to the payment of a CHAPS fee).
